How to Get Your Film Club Membership Card

As an Alumnus you are eligible to become a Film Club member. To become a member you will have to fill out this form to be submitted at the film club office at OAT on Saturdays or IIT Madras Alumni Association on working days along with a recent stamp-size photograph of the prospective cardholder(s).
